Absolutely not. I would suggest it’s not only for athletes as musicians, presenters, fighters, chess players, business meetings, creative thought ,pretty much any human endeavour at the highest level is in the Flow.
No you do not require anything special other than what you typically listen to audio with. A I-Phone IPAD, tablet or computer is fine.
